About us
Who we are
Internet Matters is a not-for-profit dedicated to supporting parents, carers and professionals to keep children safe and happy online.
We are the second biggest information source for parents when it comes to digital technology: half of parents have heard of Internet Matters and 9 in 10 would recommend our resources.
Collaboration is in our DNA at Internet Matters. Our work is supported by a broad - and growing - coalition of leading brands, including BT, Sky, TalkTalk, Virgin Media O2, Meta, BBC and Google. We regularly partner with other not-for-profits and charities, higher education institutions and Government.
A key aim of Internet Matters is to use our extensive insight into families’ experiences of being online to engage policymakers working in online harms and media literacy, in order to leverage positive change in these areas.
