Nearly 80 million people have been forcibly displaced from their homes due to economic, political and environmental crises. 84% of those displaced are hosted in developing nations where economic opportunities are limited.

Invicta is on a mission to change that.

Invicta is an award-winning social impact and tech startup that connects refugees with meaningful career development, educational and job opportunities. We help refugees increase their economic productivity and cultivate 21st century digital skills. Utilizing the concept of purchase power parity, we are able to provide a very good salary for the refugees in their host country while maintaining a very low-cost consulting alternative for companies.

We have enrolled more than 20,000 displaced youth, trained and educated more than 4,000 and employed 918. Through an innovative educational, skills development and recruitment platform, Invicta enables an inclusive environment for sustainable economic development and digital empowerment.
