Who we are
Little Hearts Matter exists because of the isolation, fear and lack of understanding created when a child is diagnosed as having half a working heart.
Little Hearts Matter is a national charity that has been offering support and information to anyone affected by single ventricle heart disease since 1994. Historically the charity was developed to provide services to parents of children with only half a working heart, however over the past fifteen years the role of the charity has developed to offer support and information services to children and young adults because for the first time they are surviving into adulthood.
Managed by a team of parents and relevant professionals the charity works to fulfill the requests for support and information gained from its service users.
