Who we are

Tunbridge Wells Mental Health Resource Ltd (MHR) is a highly respected established Charity delivering mental health services to individuals across Kent. The Charity is steadily growing and we’ve recently launched Reachout Youth, a service to support young people’s mental health in the community and Serenity Café.  The Cafe offers an out of hours support service for adults suffering from (or developing) mental health problems.

Other projects within the organisation include The Hub, providing a range of activities to support recovery, boost confidence and self-esteem and promote mental well-being.  Assert, an advocacy service providing free, independent and confidential Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) and community advocay, and Reachout, faciliated peer support groups held within the community to support adults who are mentally unwell. 

Our small team of staff are all dedicated and passionate about providing high quality mental health services in Kent.
