Who we are

Our vision is to provide fantastic job opportunities which are inclusive and represent the diversity of people living with or affected by HIV. We aim to develop an open culture of staff engagement, empowerment and decision making throughout the charity.

As a small charity we encourage staff members to shape our service offer and how we manage our resources by working closely with the Board of Trustees. We believe in an organisational structure that enables open communication and allows new and innovative ideas to flourish.
