Who we are

Precious Homes is an established, CQC registered provider with 25 years’ experience in successfully supporting people aged 16+ with complex needs: autism spectrum condition (ASC); learning disabilities; challenging behavioral needs and associated health needs. 

Precious Homes have worked with a number of Local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups across the UK to support the development of community services for individuals including those stepping down from in-patient provision. Presently we are supporting over 200 individuals in services across London, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes and Birmingham. Over the years we have developed a support model which is reflective and responsive to change. Through coproduction and in partnership with key stakeholders we have designed a number of innovative services. We have established partnerships with a range of housing providers/RSLs to develop and deliver bespoke complex community services.

A number of our services offer an onsite pathway in which individuals can step down from residential to supported living. For those with complex needs an onsite pathway creates a balance between familiar and new and eases anxieties to enable successful transitions. The environments are designed to meet a range of sensory and complex needs and are adapted to meet individual needs. In many of our residential and supported living services each individual has their own flat and the services offer a range of communal spaces to support the opportunity for independence as well as enable social integration.We are proud to be an independent company and attribute our success to our clear commitment to those who use our services.
