Who we are
Established by Kim Polman in 2018, Reboot the Future is a non-profit organisation seeking to transform how people connect to themselves, each other and the planet by promoting the Golden Rule: “treat others and the planet as you wish to be treated”.
We create spaces where conversation and connection flourish, through our three programme areas of Education, Conversations and Campaigns.
We believe that conversations have the power to transform the world - connecting people to the values that they hold most dear, to the people around them, and to the planet. Our Conversation Programme includes our Imaginal Conversation series, a line-up of private and public "Conversations for a Life Economy"; and our campaigns and events.
Through our Education Programme, we help learners of all ages, from Primary School pupils to Masters students, to connect more deeply with themselves, each other and the planet.
Reboot the Future run Global Dimension - the UK's leading global learning platform, supporting a community of educators to connect their students with themselves, others, and the planet. The platform brings together a calendar of global events and a vast library of resources exploring issues from climate breakdown, to migration and democracy, empowering educators to introduce global learning and compassionate values to their classrooms. We release a monthly newsletter which goes out to over 16,000 subscribers - offering themed class activities, featured resources, global days and event invitations.
