About us

Who we are

Signpost Stockport for Carers believes that being a carer should not be a barrier to leading a fulfilling life. We are an independent registered charity that offers practical and emotional support, information, training and activities to anyone providing unpaid care to a partner, relative, friend or neighbour in Stockport. 

 

We have a small but dedicated team, working together with partners across Stockport and Greater Manchester to ensure that carers are enabled, supported  and included.
