Who we are

Stay is a charity whose primary role is to provide support and housing for young homeless people in Telford, across a range of services and housing schemes.

Working in partnership with statutory agencies and partners from the voluntary sector, Stay is supporting about 150 young people at any one time. The young people we support have found themselves in a position where they are vulnerable, homeless or with nowhere else to turn. We treat everybody who comes to us as an individual, working with them to overcome any issues that may affect their ability to live independently, assisting them to develop and thrive as individuals.

As well as a provider of services, we also see our role as one in which we challenge perceptions of homelessness and young people in general.
