Vision of Adventure

Who we are

We aim to increase physical and mental well being and reduce isolation in blind and partially sighted adults. We do this by involving them in adventurous activities. We bring together visually impaired adults (VIPs) along with volunteer sighted guides on courses involving a range of adventurous activities.

We are a small charity at an exciting stage in our development. We are based in Kendal between the beautiful national Parks of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. We work from a small office and an equipment store. Our courses are run from various accommodations, mainly in the Lakes and Dales. 

While we value our organisation's family feel and friendliness we also place great emphasis on professionalism.
