Job description

The role

This exciting role in the Community Fundraising team will play a vital role in developing and delivering some of our key fundraising products as Breast Cancer Now continues to grow and optimise its’ offering. The post holder will have a primary focus on our £1,000 Challenge, as well as working across our sector-based cycling challenges, golf offering and DIY Fundraising,

This role is responsible for developing and implementing plans to attract, steward and retain community supporters participating in our products, so we are looking for someone who is results-driven with a key eye for detail and spotting optimisations and opportunities, as well as a passion for providing brilliant end to end supporter experiences.

The successful candidate will join a supportive and fun team. Reporting into the Senior Community Fundraising Products Manager, the post holder will line manage our brilliant Community Fundraising Products Executive and work closely with our marketing and Regional Fundraising teams.

About you

You have a good knowledge of community fundraising, ideally with experience in delivering mass market community fundraising products or events.

You will have been involved in developing and delivering fundraising products or activities, including the recruitment of participants and the development of supporter journeys across a variety of channels such as email and print, to meet KPIs and income targets.

With an understanding of product management, you will have a passion for insight and analysis, idea creation, testing and evaluation. Your knowledge of relationship management databases and fundraising KPIs means you’ll be able to analyse and interpret data in order to make recommendations and improve performance.
