About us
Crisis is the national charity for people facing homelessness. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

Through our pioneering research into the causes and consequences of homelessness and the solutions to it, we know what it will take to end it, together, in our lifetimes.

About the role 
Crisis is looking for a Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of an exciting new programme of work about the role of housing in ending homelessness. Playing a central coordination role across the organisation, you will lead on project management, and overseeing the delivery of Crisis’ work on housing and housing-led solutions to homelessness. This will include working closely with colleagues in the Policy and External Affairs department, Client Services and Innovation and Enterprise teams.  A big part of the role will be setting up and managing a lived experience panel which will play a central part in designing the solutions and recommendations for the housing programme.

About you
We want someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the vital role housing should play in ending homelessness. The successful candidate must have strong project management skills and experience and/or knowledge of delivering or coordinating multiple, target-driven programmes simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes building strong relationships and ensuring people who are have experience of homelessness are at the heart of the work.
