About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.

We are seeking an experienced trusts and foundations fundraiser to spearhead the Trusts and Foundations programme at the Hall. This is an exciting new role within the team who are eager to invest in this area of income and see immense potential for growth.
Building upon the current small programme, you will lead on initiating conversations with new funders and effectively convey the funding needs of the Hall and capital appeal. What you’ll be doing day to day:
As a Senior Executive you’ll take on a varied role including:
- End to end campaign management.
- Delivering donor stewardship campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Managing 3rd party agency relationships.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced fundraiser or individual giving specialist to join a dynamic group and manage a range of innovative campaigns.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience working within fundraising, individual giving or committed giving.
- Project management experience.
- Experience managing a campaign from end to end.
- Digitally savvy with expertise using email marketing software.
- Experience managing agency relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills.

We’re looking for a skilled, innovation-driven fundraiser to lead the Community Events & Engagement strategy within a high-performing team. Key duties include:
· Delivering a community fundraising & engagement strategy, inspiring action and giving from the Tommy’s community.
· Overseeing the delivery of 3 bi-annual children’s activity fundraising events – the Splashathon, Danceathon and Senseathon, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding new partnerships for the future.
· Leading on the development of new mass participation events and products, driving a culture of innovation within the Community Events and Engagement team.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
· Demonstrable experience of success in community fundraising income development, managing high-level partnerships and events at a six-figure level.
· Excellent track record of working with senior stakeholders to deliver successful fundraising events including partners, agencies and other third parties.
· Experience of developing and implementing successful new fundraising products and events, including mass participation events and ‘in memory’ events.
· Experience of establishing and leading community and events fundraising strategies.
· Experience of successfully leading a team.

Having already raised £9.9 million for our Up Against Time Appeal, London’s Air Ambulance Charity is currently in the final phase of our campaign to raise £15million by September 2024 to replace our two helicopters. This role sits in our brand-new Philanthropy and Partnership’s Prospect Research and Engagement team. This team will be responsible for ensuring direct fundraisers are equipped to make compelling asks and steward donors. This role will help drive growth and sustainability of high value giving by creating a donor stewardship strategy and delivery framework that provides a range of relevant, impactful and high-quality stewardship communications, events and other meaningful opportunities that build loyalty and connection with Cats Protection. As part of this the role will deliver large-scale special events as well as develop and deliver a programme of bespoke private events that help encourage greater levels of support and long-term relationships.
What we’re looking for in our Senior Stewardship & Events Officer:
- Extensive experience of high value fundraising event creation and management and associated evaluation
- Experience of high value donor stewardship and relationship development
