Skilled at customer / supporter journeys? Experienced at driving recruitment / acquisition campaigns?
c52,000 people volunteered for the Poppy Appeal last year. It’s the largest UK charity appeal (c£50 million), and a treasured moment in society each November where people are given the opportunity to remember. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the appeal, without them there would be no poppies out on the streets and supermarkets.
This role will:
- Strategically manage and deliver the volunteer experience, maximising engagement and minimising attrition through a best-in-class volunteer journey
- Drive recruitment campaigns to find more volunteers, ensuring full national coverage
- Find easier ways for people to give time, developing audience led propositions that work to engage more people from diverse backgrounds

You will be expected to travel regularly in the course of your work. You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work – using our collaboration tools – when not travelling.
