You will specialise in philanthropy and partnerships, and your role will cover major donors, individual giving, and corporate fundraising. You will also have oversight of the trusts and foundations funding stream and help us explore and develop different income streams. You may be in a charity fundraiser role already, or from a different sector with experience of business development, partnerships and income generation. At Peer Power Youth, you will have autonomy in your role to build the fundraising department in the charity by growing a team and working closely with the responsible Co-CEO, and Communications team in a supportive and flexible environment.
You must have a track record of securing support and income and be excited by developing a multi-income stream portfolio, including creative events that link to our charity mission and brand, with high profile supporters.

We are looking to recruit an Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills Manager to manage and deliver the Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills (Legacy and In Memoriam) income streams for the Centre. This is an exciting role in our Fundraising team that will manage income pipelines and associated expenditure required to raise income, provide monthly monitoring and use data to analyse fundraising results. This role will also develop and implement strategies to retain, recruit and acquire new supporters.
In addition, you will also provide excellent stewardship to an aging supporter base and ensure the people who donate to the Centre receive a wonderfully warm and personal donor experience, engaging and inspiring donors with stories and updates about the work.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role requires a highly motivated and experienced fundraiser to take responsibility for managing all aspects of individual giving, the London Marathon stewardship and elements of Legacy marketing. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement campaigns to cultivate and steward individual donors and regular givers. Responsibility for major donors is held by the Trusts and Philanthropy team.
· Create personalised donor engagement plans to build strong relationships and increase donor retention.
· Identify new opportunities for donor acquisition and develop targeted fundraising campaigns.
· Deliver new fundraising products such as a membership-style value exchange offering.
· Develop and implement effective stewardship programmes to recognise and thank donors for their contributions.
· Provide timely and personalised acknowledgement of donations, including personalised thank-you letters, emails, and phone calls.
· Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create compelling legacy marketing materials and campaigns.
· You will be involved in the London Marathon. Creating and delivering a stewardship programme for runners, including organising support and a post-event party on the day of the event.
Person Specification:
· Experience in fundraising, with a focus on individual giving, stewardship, legacy marketing.
· Experience in managing fundraising campaigns and events.
· Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in using fundraising software and CRM systems.
· Building and maintaining constructive collaborative relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts to achieve identified objectives and outcomes.

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser, looking for a role where you can make a significant impact to an Individual Giving program, and join an ambitious Fundraising team?
Due to heavy investment and ambitious growth plans across Individual Giving & Engagement, this newly created role will play a pivotal role in achieving key objectives and income targets across the Individual Giving & Engagement program.
As the Individual Giving & Engagement Manager, reporting to the Head of Individual Giving & Engagement, working closely with the Supporter Engagement Manager and Digital Marketing Officer and wider marketing team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Individual Giving & Engagement products across single, regular, prize-led, payroll, legacy and in-memory giving.
You will be responsible for the management of these products and campaigns, the planning and implementation of these campaigns in consultation with the Head of Individual Giving & Engagement. You will lead on the management and development of projects and campaigns to acquire and increase the value and loyalty of new and existing supporters across both digital and direct channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: In collaboration with the Head of Individual Giving and Engagement, develop a strategy for your portfolio of Individual Giving & Engagement campaigns and projects. Contribute to the overall annual planning process and the direction for the Individual Giving & Engagement programme across cash giving, regular giving, prize-led, legacy and in-memory products and channels.
- Planning; Work with the Head of Individual Giving and Engagement and Supporter Engagement Manager on the development of the acquisition programmes inc., contact, engagement, and lead generation strategies.
- Innovation & Product Development; Manage a continuous test and learn cycle of new channels based on audience insight and sector learnings and trends.
- Internal Stakeholder relationships: Brief, monitor and manage internal stakeholders’ relationships for Individual Giving campaigns and projects. Identify opportunities, make recommendations, and create plans for the cross-sell of Individual Giving & Engagement campaigns across all existing audiences.
- External Stakeholder management: Account manage suppliers/agencies to maximise value and ROI for services and campaigns. Brief, manage and monitor performance of suppliers and where appropriate periodically review.
- Financial Management: In line with the strategy, produce commentary for annual budgets and monthly reforecasts for review and sign off by Head of Individual Giving and Engagement.
To be successful within this very exciting Individual Giving & Engagement Manager role, our client is looking for you to have proven experience and knowledge of;
- Developing, managing, and delivering Individual Giving Campaigns (acquisition and retention) across a variety of direct and digital channels and across a wide range of products, such as; single giving, regular giving campaigns across cause-led and prize-led campaigns.
- Project management of campaigns, developing, monitoring and evaluating acquisition and retention campaigns within agreed timescales and budgets. Reporting results and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Managing, monitoring, and reviewing external suppliers and agencies.
- Creative thinking and innovation in the development of processes, supporter communications and fundraising products.
