Job description

About the role:

This role will lead the Regular Giving team and implement the Regular Giving programme working across a mix of donor acquisition channels and retention strategies to ensure long term sustainable income and to maximise donor lifetime value.

The Regular Giving Manager is a new role within the Supporter Engagement Team, and will play an essential role in our plans to grow NHS Charities Together by helping to deliver our five-year fundraising strategy. The emphasis of this role is to both recruit and retain the support of regular givers.

You will have a track record of delivering regular giving fundraising activity within a not-for-profit organisation. This will require strong analytical and strategic planning skills, confident communication skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the fundraising market and regulation.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an exceptional Regular Giving Manager who has experience in delivering a successful Regular Giving programme.

Suitable candidates will have worked within all aspects of Regular Giving, ideally bringing experience of lottery and face-to-face.

This person needs to be a creative and critical thinker, who finds solutions to complex challenges. It may be that you are currently working in a generalist Individual Giving Manager role in a smaller charity, or equally part of a larger IG team and seeking a role where you will have greater input on strategy.

We are looking for ambition, determination and passion to help support our incredible NHS, as they continue to take care of our nation through immensely challenging times.

Location: NHS Charities Together offers and encourages flexible working.  You will be required to work from the Warwick office regularly which is the official place of work, as well as travel to other locations, primarily for the purposes of NHSCT’s events and supporting the members, supporters and key stakeholders.
