The Corporate Partnerships Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the Fundraising and Communications directorate and is responsible for managing, stewarding, renewing, and growing our corporate partners to meet our fundraising income targets. Our partners range from complex programmatic-focused partners to employee engagement-driven partners and reflect a combination of financial support, skills-based support, and volunteering. Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of our corporate partners, developing and delivering partnership strategies and stewardship plans for each account to deliver against the objectives and meet income targets.
· Work closely with the New Business Senior Manager to ensure the collaborative transition of new partners into account management, liaise with the Volunteering and Events Manager to deliver volunteering opportunities to partners, and the Fundraising Officer to promote challenge events to our partners.
· Support the CEO on the development and management of stewardship for select trustees and senior partner contacts.
· Accurately forecast and manage expenditures for our partners, creating mitigation plans when necessary
· Contribute to the organisation and team’s annual plans, strategies, and budgets.
· Develop, monitor, and maintain systems and processes including Salesforce database, financial accounting, account management plans, contracts, and due diligence.

About you:
- Registered with the HCPC you will hold a doctorate in Educational Psychology.

- Be able to deliver training to raise understanding and ability to support children and young people and raise quality of life.

Fitzrovia Youth in Action is looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic person for our Senior Youth Participation Officer role. If you feel like this is you, we would love to hear from you!
The post holder will coordinate and develop our new young people drop-in programme and additional youth action programmes, aimed at engaging local young people into the work of FYA. The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of the drop-in sessions, as well as deliver some youth led social action programmes. The role will include recruiting young people, engaging them in co-producing fun and creative activities and workshops which will take place at the drop-ins, as well as supporting them in planning and delivering the social action programmes.

You will lead your team in acting as key workers to a small caseload of service users and act in a link role allocated to the team, for example Infection Control or Clinical Audits. You will be managing shifts, providing leadership to the team to ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with Richard House policies and procedures.
We’re looking for someone who is empathetic and resilient, can work under pressure, and can communicate sensitively with our families and colleagues. Role Requirements
As part of the site services team the role holder will be expected to liaise with managers and staff across the Trust. The role holder is expected to work closely with the other members of the facilities team and assist in covering in the laundry, in the deep clean team or other works as and when required.
You will be a natural and enthusiastic housekeeper working not only as part of a team but also individually. You will be health and safety aware, take ownership of your own work, and be understanding of the children’s needs here at The Children’s Trust. Good organisational skills, flexibility and being friendly and caring in nature are a must for this role. Please note that the role requires a significant degree of manual handling and working with houses services and laundry equipment.

Summary:
Our client Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) is an East London charity embedded in the local community, providing practical help, support and training to people affected by homelessness or suffering from addiction. They provide a Recovery Hub (including an abstinence-based residential recovery facility, an addictions counselling programme and a Training & Development Programme), supported houses, a Housing First service, community supports, charity shops and two social enterprises supporting people in recovery from addictions to rebuild their lives.
As SCT’s HR and Quality Manager you will report to the CEO and work closely with the SMT and wider management team, including SCT’s Co-Production worker and external HR Consultancy. You will be responsible for leading, directing and delivering a comprehensive generalist HR service across the whole of SCT and providing the organisational lead on health, safety and wellbeing, data protection and quality improvement systems; developing and promoting best practice and taking a hands-on role as and when necessary and according to SCT’s inclusive, integrated, innovative and participatory culture. You will also line manage HR Volunteers and a Head Office Administrator.

Job Description
The role of Service Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to oversee a team of Caseworkers, ensuring that they provide first class to support, to young people who are at risk of child exploitation, or have for a time been missing from home.
This role will assist the Service Manager to establish strategic links in the area, with key partners and other stakeholders, with a view to promoting and continually enhancing the service. We are co-located within a multi-agency team, tackling missing and child exploitation, so you'll have a great opportunity to develop your networks and expertise within the sector.
The cases that we work on are complex and challenging, but are making a difference in the lives of those that access our services. We've completed over 1500 return home interviews, helping to prevent further missing episodes. We've also supported over 130 young people through a programme of direct work, tailored to their individual needs.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Service Manager to support women and children who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. In this role you will provide line management and support to staff who work with and help women and their children who have experienced domestic abuse and are staying in our Lambeth refuges. Our Lambeth refuges are culturally specific services for women and children of African and Caribbean heritage.
