The role
As Partner Engagement Manager you will promote and develop the work of Family Fund in its reach to families. You’ll also contribute to its profile within the disability sector in Wales and with key Government/political stakeholders.
You will proactively work with a wide range of public, private and third sector organisations. Your goal will be to ensure Family Fund’s strategy is understood, and that mutually beneficial relationships are formed. In addition, you will seek out opportunities which allow Family Fund to achieve its key priorities, deliver added value for funders, and secure positive outcomes for our beneficiaries.
You will be acknowledged as a senior Family Fund representative across the disability sector, deputising for the Group CEO, or Directors on committees and at events as required.
Finally, you will build effective partnerships and proactively develop activities with key organisations across public, private and third sectors.

Since 2017, Worldwide Radiology has been steadily growing from a small group of founding UK radiologists with experience of working in limited resource settings to an international team of around 50 long-term volunteers from a range of different imaging and clinical backgrounds.
We support the development of appropriate, high quality imaging services in low and middle income countries; from central teaching hospitals to remote district clinics. Overview
The Programme Manager role will be crucial to the success and development of the charity. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of 3+ Worldwide Radiology projects, operating across Malawi, Ghana and The Gambia.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for quickly grasping the needs of three ongoing projects, steering them toward desired impact, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and managing risks effectively to bring these projects into shape.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with key stakeholders, including our volunteers, partners and donors to build and nurture strong working relationships.
They will contribute to seeking out further grant opportunities within the sector, working closely with the rest of the programmes team and the fundraising team.
The key responsibilities of this post are as follows:
(a) oversee the smooth running of our projects;

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Provide overall day-to-day management for WWR projects and WWR volunteers, reporting directly to the WWR Director.

Oversee the development and operational execution of detailed work-plans and budgets for WWR programme

Track all milestones and reporting schedules, taking timely action to ensure they are met.

Develop and deliver project MEAL activities in collaboration with our external MEAL consultant.

Produce (gather, collate and edit) high quality, timely project progress, annual and donor-specific reports.

Oversee the management of partnership agreements and contracts in accordance with the donor specific requirements.

Support the identification and securing of new grant opportunities in collaboration with the programmes and fundraising teams.

Communicate administrative and technical information to WWR project partners in a timely, sensitive and effective manner.

The Senior Policy Manager plays a vital leadership role in the team management and delivery of ARUK’s influencing strategy. The Senior Policy Manager brings expertise in developing policy positions, producing compelling and influential policy publications and leading the team to develop new thinking and solutions on dementia and dementia research. Their broad remit will also lead our work to engage the dementia clinical community to build our understanding of care pathways within the NHS and new models of care including Brain Health Clinics.
The Senior Policy Manager reports into the Head of Policy and Public Affairs and works closely with colleagues across our Communications, and Information and Involvement teams to ensure that Alzheimer’s Research UK continues to be positioned as the go-to organisation on dementia and dementia research. The postholder will be experienced at managing people to achieve impact and working across multiple projects.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Leadership of the Policy team, line managing four Managers and a team of around 9 people.
· Manage the day-to-day budgeting and reforecasting process with an expenditure budget of circa £200,000 ensuring that the team operates cost effectively in meeting its objectives.
· Provide a high level of expertise on dementia and dementia research across the organisation and externally, through leadership of the policy team.
· Develop, manage and deliver a substantial programme of high-quality policy analysis and proposals for change.
· Lead the delivery, from conception to launch, of influential policy publications of the highest quality that have significant external and media impact.
· Leadership of working groups to deliver the strategic and influencing priorities for ARUK.

· Commission strategic research projects or commission analysis to further the aims of the organisation.
· Responsible for working closely with the Information and Involvement team to ensure the involvement of people affected by dementia in the development of ARUK’s policy priorities and positions.
· Overseeing the timely delivery of effective and credible policy outputs of the highest quality – including reports, briefings and discussion papers.
Stakeholder relations and influencing
· Support the development of the department’s influencing strategy and deliver policy work that provides a strong evidence base and clear recommendations for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
· Work across the organisation to develop good forward planning and stakeholder management processes and mechanisms that help us to manage and derive insights from key organisational relationships and maximise the impact of our influencing work.
· Represent ARUK to a range of decision-makers and stakeholders; this will involve participating in public events, making presentations and acting as a media spokesperson.
· Build relationships with civil servants, academics, dementia organisations, think tanks and other key stakeholders, establishing opportunities for partnership working and commissioning new insights
· Work with the Senior Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager to develop a synergistic Public Affairs and Campaigns strategy that embeds and exploits our policy work
· Work across Policy and Public Affairs department to ensure there is good co-ordination and communication of policy throughout the charity in order to foster a shared understanding of ARUK’s policies and issues.

We bring together charities, corporates and government to address the underlying issues stopping families gaining full access to digital services such as education, healthcare and employment. We seek social change through our National Delivery Plan, whilst also delivering solutions in local areas that help real people and provide evidence for change.

This role will provide high quality financial information and analysis to senior managers and external stakeholders supporting decision-making. Main Duties:
- Budgeting and Cost Control - Lead divisional budget setting and forecasting process
- Coordinate monthly key variance summary in financial performance and KPIs for senior management

As a Senior Demand Generation Manager for the Royal Society of Chemistry, you will lead our demand gen efforts overseeing the planning and in-house execution of our digital programs which will be a new approach for the RSC.
This role is about bringing all digital channels together to drive demand and acquisition generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. You will help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling and effective revenue plan for our x4 key RSC strategies, and will own the delivery of top-of-the-funnel activity, MQL goals and revenue contribution attributed to marketing. The Senior Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager plays a leadership role in team management, development, and delivery of ARUK’s influencing strategy. The role leads a highly engaged and high-performing team that brings the work of Alzheimer’s Research UK to life and rallies people to our cause, devising powerful campaigns and building support among decision makers to invest in dementia research and ensure people with dementia can benefit from breakthroughs.

The Senior Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager brings expertise in developing influential campaigns, political engagement programmes, and devising strategies to achieve change in Government and NHS policy and practice.

Are you looking for an engaging, fulfilling, and varied role? Young Enterprise is looking for a new Educational Partnerships Regional Manager (EPRM) for the Midlands region. This region includes West Midlands.
Young Enterprise is a national charity that works directly with young people, teachers, volunteers, and influencers to help young people succeed in the changing world of work. As an EPRM you will be a key contributor to the regional strategy working very much in a one team environment whilst giving you the space to grow and develop your skills. Your role as EPRM will see you work directly with young people and teachers in schools that take part in Young Enterprise programmes such as company programme, day programmes and digital programmes. You will also oversee regional relationships, at local authority level or equivalent.
The EPRM role involves being flexible to the needs of the region and your team and to provide regional leadership. Some of the duties include, which is not an exhaustive list
- Deliver and or support the delivery of Young Enterprise programmes and services in schools, colleges, universities, and youth centres
- Work as part of the regional team to proactively identify and generate sources of local income to support YE programmes.
- Manage and monitor KPIs and local contracts associated with the above tasks through the regional operations plan set out by the Regional Manager.
- Work with the local YE Volunteer Team (LVT), providing support, direction and opportunities to engage with local activity, which may include fundraising, volunteering on programmes and / or promoting our programmes to new school
- Work closely with Programmes & Services team to support the development and delivery of our full suite of programmes, while also developing your own knowledge and understanding of our full suite of programmes and services to promote to schools.
We are looking for:
· A motivated self-starter
· Confident leader who can quickly support develop an existing team
· Good organisational, prioritising, and problem-solving skills, with the resilience to work effectively under pressure.
· An understanding or experience of managing varying relationships, including volunteers
· A great promoter and inspirer in helping young people achieve their potential
· Computer literacy with understanding of word, excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
You'll be working alongside an experienced and passionate regional team, with a 'can-do' ethos of supporting each other and sharing knowledge across programmes and geographies.
This is a home-based role, however, will require significant travel throughout the Midlands region (covering both East and West Midlands)
