You will lead the front of house providing professional, competent reception and clerical support in a very busy office. Excellent interpersonal and IT skills a necessity.
Main Duties of the Role

Working with two highly experienced Programme Coordinators, you will help to grow our existing Youth Development Team activities, currently present in Hampton, and continue the development of our newly launched Aspire project.
This is a maternity cover role for a minimum period of 6 months starting in June. You will be based in Peterborough but also spend time at our centre in Cambridge.

The post of Sessional Group Facilitator will provide support to victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence within group work provision.
At FearFree we run various trauma-informed groups for victims, such as: Empowering You, an educational domestic abuse online support group; Rediscovering You, a face-to-face emotional wellbeing recovery group; Inspiring Families, a ‘whole family’ approach to support; House to Home, supporting those having to flee domestic abuse; and a children’s and young person’s group work provision.
We are looking for experienced and motivated staff to join our team to help deliver the group work programmes we run around locations in Wiltshire. Groups run in the morning, afternoon and evening. Training for the groups will be provided.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To facilitate group work provisions across the Wiltshire Service.
- A willingness and ability to facilitate groups in the evenings.
- Completing pre and post group assessments and required paperwork, following the procedures in place.
- Write comprehensive case notes following groups about service user involvement, any concerns raised and any action required.
- Identify and take the appropriate action on any disclosures or safeguarding concerns raised within the group with support from the Group Coordinator and/or Wiltshire Duty Manager.
- To work cohesively with a second facilitator both virtually and in person in locations around Wiltshire.

The Bristol Rough Sleeping Prevention Service provides a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough. Our work is ongoing, and we are currently looking for someone to join our dedicated team as an Assessment and Reconnection Worker where no two days are the same.
In this role you will utilise your language skills to work closely with non UK Nationals affected by rough sleeping, and carry out comprehensive assessments of people new to, or at risk of rough sleeping who may not have recourse to public funds. Additionally, you will:
- Provide a personalised case management service to clients, turning assessment recommendations into practical action plans which fully involves the client.
- Build and maintain effective relationships to support clients throughout their recovery.
- Work closely with external agencies to ensure all clients’ needs are met. Many of our clients have multiple support needs. This may include complex trauma, substance misuse and mental and physical health support needs.
- Develop a knowledge of relevant legislation such as, immigration, welfare benefit and housing legislation.
- While your usual working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, occasional work on weekends and early or late hours may occur in response to challenging situations and to prevent rough sleeping.
About you
This role will suit people with experience of working at pace in a public facing environment with the ability to adapt to new situations. We encourage you to apply if you can demonstrate:

Our client Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) is an East London charity embedded in the local community, providing practical help, support and training to people affected by homelessness or suffering from addiction. As SCT’s HR and Quality Manager you will report to the CEO and work closely with the SMT and wider management team, including SCT’s Co-Production worker and external HR Consultancy. Do you want to work as part of a dynamic and engaging team supporting young people in Northampton?
Due to project expansion Aquarius Young People’s Substance misuse team are recruiting for several Complex Needs Substance Misuse Practitioners across the city.
Aquarius has been providing structured and targeted interventions to young people engaging in, at risk of substance misuse or affected by parental substance misuse for many years.
The post holder will work on an outreach basis, including visiting schools & colleges, the Children and Families service, the YOT as well as other local community agencies. The role will involve supporting young people away from engaging in substance misuse or with an understanding of parental substance misuse.
You will provide young people with skills and coping strategies to manage their recovery journey, delivering 1-1 and some group work interventions, targeted outreach to engage 'hard-to-reach' young people and delivery of service talks and substance misuse presentations to enhance external professional workforce development with our partner agencies.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, most work will occur during the day, however as a young people’s service we may occasionally ask you to support out of hours sessional work.
Holding a relevant qualification in substance misuse/youth work/psychology/counselling/ mental health/social care or with relevant experience and willingness to work towards a Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care you will also:
• Have experience of working with at risk/vulnerable young people in a community setting.
• Be able to deliver behaviour change support, including group work.
