We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and bright graduate as a crucial member of our Programmes Team. The Programmes Officer’s role is to coordinate a range of projects relating to the identification and support to children/young people provided with the opportunity to attend boarding and day schools through the bursary programme. You will join a small, close-knit team of 14 staff all passionate about the role that independent and state boarding education can play in lifting the life chances of the most underserved and vulnerable children. The role has a broad remit to support all those in the Programmes Team and so offers exciting opportunities to gain a strong understanding of all aspects of the charity’s work.
Key Responsibilities:

coordinate and co-manage the applications and recommending to available school placements of pupils in the partnerships programme

assist in the development and implementation of exemplary “wrap-around” care and support for all pupils supported by RNCSF

Contract: Permanent
Hours: This position is full time.
Reports to: RNCSF’s Head of Partnerships
Annual Salary range: £25,000 - £30,000
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: This role can be offered on a hybrid basis. RNCSF’s hybrid workers are located at our offices in Shepherds Bush, West London (a shared educational charity office hub) on 2 days per week. Significant UK travel may be required for pupil home and school visits.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Social Media and Content Officer with a background in marketing. The successful candidate will be a proactive worker and able to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills. They will play a crucial part in building and maintaining our online presence.
Supported by the Social Media and Content Manager and Senior Digital Manager, they will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to manage our social media presence. They will use their creativity and strong copywriting skills to work with members of the Fundraising and PR teams to develop engaging content for our social channels and continue to grow our presence online.
This role would be a good fit for someone enthusiastic about learning more and creating exciting social media content. We are looking for strong copywriting skills and experience working on social media campaigns.
To be successful in your application you'll need:
- Experience creating content (including reels for Instagram) for and managing social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Linkedin
- Experience with social media reporting tools
- Knowledge and understanding of social media best practice and following latest trends

Main Purpose of the Job
- To design, deliver and manage a structured education programme to schools, alternative education settings, youth organisations, corporate volunteers and our community.

- To promote, deliver and staff a range of educational programmes at Vauxhall City Farm around the areas of farming, animal care, food production, wellbeing and environmental and sustainability themes.
- To develop and run programmes in line with the National Curriculum that meet the needs of specific audiences with a focus on under-represented audiences and those with complex needs.
- To lead on the facilitation of inclusive, interactive and engaging workshops.
- To design and conduct formative and summative assessment to measure the impact of our educational programmes.
- To use assessment and data to report on the impact of programmes for funders and trustees. - To recruit and manage educational staff and sessional workers.
- To build and maintain relationships with schools, educational organisations and community groups in Lambeth and the surrounding boroughs.
- To create educational resources for programmes at Vauxhall City Farm.

- To attend education related meetings representing Vauxhall City Farm with or in lieu of Deputy CEO.

They will provide training both face to face and online and will be responsible for the delivery of our assured workshops and promoting the work of Ygam at conferences and events.
They will be able to demonstrate the impact of this work by working with organisations to collate case studies and evidence to support the programmes achievements.
