ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible administrator to join our small Care Administration team, playing a key supportive role in the Care team by providing effective and wide ranging administrative tasks and reporting & data services.
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, organised and reliable individual with at least intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and experience of using databases due to the involved data and reporting element of this role. You will show determination to succeed and have a solutions-focused outlook. You will be passionate about information management, producing accurate and insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will have a keen eye for detail, able to juggle tasks, communicate clearly, with a desire to make a positive difference to the charity.
The postholder will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the Care Team (clinical and holistic). About the role:
The role is pivotal to the design and implementation of the HR Operating Model and the successful candidate will focus on delivering a first-class candidate pre-employment experience. You will ensure an excellent direct recruitment service to all stakeholders, at the same time providing an excellent candidate experience to anyone who applies for a role.

About You:
To be successful as the Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be an experienced professional with a proven track record, ideally within both the private sector and the charity or not for profit sector.
You will bring a high level of motivation, skill and ambition to actively source the best talent and simultaneously manage multiple cases/roles. Whilst collaboratively working with stakeholders you will proficiently share your knowledge surrounding employment legislation, bring your excellent interpersonal and communication skills and actively and efficiently work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fundraising – Community Engagement Officer for a children charity in order to work closely with the Community Engagement Manager and Senior Head of Supporter Engagement to play an instrumental part in taking the Community Giving programme to the next level.
As a Fundraising Community Engagement Officer:
- you will be responsible for day-to-day engagement with a large portfolio of community groups.
- You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders,
- You will be able to provide high levels of stewardship to a variety of audiences, in order to raise the vital funds needed to run our services and to increase the charity visibility in the community.
- You will play a key role in develop existing fundraising products and launching new third party fundraising initiatives.
- You will be able to creatively engage our local community to get involved in our high-value campaigns and events;
This role is varied, and you will have the opportunity to attend a wide variety of different events, present to a range of different audiences and gain new experiences.
In order to be successful, you must have experienced :
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills to effectively prioritise a demanding varied workload (A/I)
- Experience of donor/customer Care or Community fundraising
- Exceptional communicator
- Strong administration skills with a sound working knowledge of Windows-based software, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to plan ahead and map your plans in a systematic manner to enable working under pressure priorities workload and meet deadlines
- Holds a full driver’s licence is essential
Salary: £28,080-£29,795 per annum depending on experience
