ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible administrator to join our small Care Administration team, playing a key supportive role in the Care team by providing effective and wide ranging administrative tasks and reporting & data services.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, organised and reliable individual with at least intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and experience of using databases due to the involved data and reporting element of this role. You will show determination to succeed and have a solutions-focused outlook. You will be passionate about information management, producing accurate and insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will have a keen eye for detail, able to juggle tasks, communicate clearly, with a desire to make a positive difference to the charity.

The postholder will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the Care Team (clinical and holistic). The role

As Events Fundraiser you will manage and develop myaware’s events portfolio and support in aid of fundraisers. You will be running regular small group supervision sessions (approximately 3 per day) for 1hr 15’ each, managing a caseload of approximately 25 groups monthly. You will also offer individual supervision where needed.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• You must hold one of the following qualifications: Clinical Supervision Level 6 or above; accredited Counsellor or Psychotherapist (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, UK Council for Psychotherapy, Health Professionals Council)
• Your experience of delivering both 1-1 and group supervision virtually will be essential

St Elizabeth’s are seeking to appoint an engaging Learning & Development Trainer to create a continuous learning culture that enables our people to deliver the very best services to the vulnerable children, young people and adults that we support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand on their current HR and training experience in a rewarding environment.

This is an exciting time to be part of our HR and Learning & Development Team. We have an ambitious People Strategy and business plan and know that in order to succeed, our people are our biggest strength. This role will see you focus on delivering our management training programme, designing vital health and social care training materials, alongside delivering our 2-week induction and other key training sessions to ensure all of our colleagues have a valuable learning experience.

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that is a great team player, who enjoys presenting and training people to support and enhance their professional development.

You will have a genuine love for learning with the ability to communicate in an engaging and informative way. You will understand the importance of effective L&D delivery, the quality and impact, allowing us to continuously improve what we do. You will also have a good awareness of learning disabilities and autism, with previous experience working in a health, care or education setting.

We are also offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become a qualified assessor and achieve qualifications in CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) and First Aid.

The Community Fundraising Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community groups, schools and other organisations fundraising for Haven House Children’s Hospice. The Community Fundraising Officer will support groups, schools and organisations doing their own events and fundraising activities, work toward agreed income targets, and assist the two Managers in the team with planning and delivering key Haven House events and programmes.

This role will report to the Community & Events Manager and will be responsible for maximising income from across our community through providing an exceptional level of supporter care. The Community Fundraising Officer will work closely with our Database Manager to ensure accurate recording and reporting of income and supporter information.  This role will also manage a brilliant team of volunteer Community Champions who attend local events and speaking engagements on behalf of Haven House.

We are looking for someone to work on a variety of projects who is able to build strong relationships in our community and to take responsibility for the wide variety of relationships across our community.
