We’re looking for a dynamic, creative and caring Community Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be primarily responsible for managing our programme of community activities, events and therapies at our wellbeing hub and garden in Camden.
You’ll be helping to provide a place where people can find belonging and get support navigating life, as we continue to develop the Hub from its roots as a mental health day centre into an accessible, thriving community wellbeing hub.

Coordination, Management, Planning
Coordinating the curation, planning, scheduling and delivery of community projects, activities and events at the Likewise Wellbeing Hub and Garden
Coordinating the Likewise Creative Therapies service referrals and delivery
Making good use of our community facilities, garden and kitchen to support wellbeing in the community.
Communication, Information and Relationship
Working with relationship building, conflict, rupture, and repair with, and between, community members
Being a point of contact with community members and activity hosts
Coordinating placement student team to manage communication channels for the community, including social media, digital content and website updates
Working in collaboration and partnership with our Programme Lead, Learning Programme Coordinator and Office/Hub Administrator to realise the full potential of our Community Programme
Community Engagement
Increasing access and engagement with the Hub from a diverse community through partnerships, informal and formal referral networks
Working with the Programme Lead to build engagement with the community programme through programming, marketing and communications
Developing and building on the participation, voice, and sense of ownership of community members in the Community Hub

Ensuring accurate and useful data collection for the Community Programme

Role Summary
The Resources Coordinator role sits within the learning content creation team, which is responsible for the devising, commissioning and delivering of high quality, film-focused learning opportunities. These include the production of resources and online courses for teachers and their learners which are made available on our website, Into Film+ (our video-on-demand platform) and on our learning platform.
Main Responsibilities
- To produce high quality, exciting and engaging resources for educators and young people, including commercial resources for film industry clients.
- To contribute to the planning and evaluation of resources within our three key areas of work: Teaching with Film, Careers and Progression, and Filmmaking
- To project manage the resource process from initiation to publication or delivery.
- To assist the corporate partnerships team by contributing to pitches for educational resources with partners to support new film releases.
- To contribute to the development of courses aimed at educators via our online learning platform.
- To evaluate resources, training, online materials and related areas of organisational interest through surveys, focus groups and other methods, to identify and implement changes and programme developments that meet Into Film’s and our audiences’ needs and priorities.
- To develop, with the rest of the team, reliable quality assurance processes and documentation for our resources, training and online programmes.
- To carry out external and internal training to a range of staff and stakeholders, including supporting internal staff with advice and information.
- To assist the resources and training leads in collaborating with external organisations and individuals to create resources and training materials.

Person Specification
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience of teaching in the UK.
- Experience of creating resources which include moving image/film.

- Demonstrable creativity and commitment to making resources and training interesting and exciting for teachers/educators and students/young people.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to write accurately and correctly, and the ability to persuade and influence others and feedback ideas in a professional manner.
- Experience of chairing and guiding meetings.
- Experience of managing a range of projects, from initiation to completion, working with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrable understanding of monitoring and evaluation.

The Community and Events Coordinator (Student Led Events) is a key role within the UWLSU Community and Belonging team, who are changing the way they engage, support and empower student groups at The University of West London Students’ Union. This role will lead on this exciting area by supporting and empowering student groups to produce engaging events. About the Foundation:
The Avicenna Foundation was set up in 2023 to to support outstanding young British Muslims by providing them with scholarships for their undergraduate degree. The scholarships are mainly focused on awarding scholarships in the Social Sciences and Humanities for those interested in politics, policy-making and becoming agents of positive change.
Alongside the scholarship, the Avicenna Foundation runs a development programme for the scholars to expand their skills and abilities in various areas like leadership, communication and collaboration.
The Foundation has developed immensely in the first year with the launch of the charity; onboarding of it’s first cohort of 30 scholars and the development of a leadership programme. It now needs propelling into the next stage as the charity develops to ensure a robust charity structure and programme in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the charity, and manage changes required within programmes and activities as a result of changing external landscapes or contexts.
- Implement strategies for advertising the scholarships, receiving and reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and making final selection decisions. Some of these things are already in place and may need reviewing and enhancing.
- Work with the Scholar Development Coordinator to oversee the leadership development programme, provide guidance and help the programme to grow.
- Maintain regular communication with the scholars, their progress, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Ensure programme objectives and outcomes align with the overall strategy and aims of the Foundation, and are realistic and achievable within timeframes and budgets.

GSU Advocacy and Policy Team is leading an award-winning outreach project that seeks to support students to stay and succeed at Greenwich. A team of part-time student staff call 1000’s of students each term, supporting them to navigate University life, services and GSU. This role will support the award-winning team to deliver proactive supportive calls to students.

We’re looking for a creative and confident Content & Communications Coordinator to join our busy Marketing & Communications Team at Imperial College Union. This new role will be key in strengthening our online presence and improving student engagement with the Union. The successful candidate will manage our social media channels and content to drive two-way conversations, to increase awareness of the Union’s work, and help us better understand what they care about.
You will be our in-house journalist; planning and delivering content that speaks to our varied audiences. You’ll build strong relationships across the Union and College, writing creative copy and curating innovative social media content. Content Planning
- To assist in the creation of communications and content plans to support the Marketing & Engagement Manager in the delivery of key Union marketing activity, such as Welcome Week and election.

- Build networks with student groups, the Union’s newspaper (Felix) and external partners to develop opportunities for content collaboration

We are the UK’s student mental health charity. We challenge the higher education sector, health sector, and government to work with students when making decisions that impact them, and make them accountable for prioritising student mental health. In collaboration with students, we show sector professionals what effective student mental health looks like, and bridge the gap between students and the communities around them to ensure their voices are always heard.
By creating and curating resources, stories and tools, we empower students to build their own mental health toolkit to support themselves and their peers through university life and beyond. ROLE PURPOSE
The Programme Liaison Officer (full-time, fixed-term contract for 18 months, with possibility to extend) will join the expanding Sector Improvement Team. They will provide vital administration, communication and digital liaison and support required to successfully run and deliver the University Mental Health Charter Programme and Award, achieve the Sector Improvement Team’s key objectives, and contribute to the whole charity’s mission and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to help the team scale the University Mental Health Charter, with the potential to impact 2.5 million staff and students across the UK.
This role will include responding to queries, liaising with assessors, universities and general enquiries. The post holder will be responsible for working with the team to develop and monitor our HUB and digital platforms, for developing regular newsletters and working with colleagues to liaise with the many stakeholders involved in the assessment and programme processes.
Key responsibilities
Liaison support
- Provide effective liaison and administrative support to the Sector Improvement Programme(s), working closely with the Sector Improvement Lead and Programme Managers to ensure thesuccessful delivery of the programmes
- Support the planning and delivery of key Sector Improvement Programme activities such as the Winter Panel and the recruitment of the Award Assessors, CPD training and responding togeneral enquiries
- Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders’ inquiries through the Charter Inbox and Student Minds’ Hub
Digital and resources support
- Utilise project management tools to manage work, deadlines and workflows alongside relevant colleagues to ensure timely and quality programme delivery
- Support the development of resources and documents for the charter, including newsletters, HUB announcements, Charter Handbook etc.
- Work closely with the Comms and Digital Team internally to develop and communicate clear timelines and resources needed throughout the year
- Support the annual onboarding of the Charter Programme, supporting the administrative tasks for the process, including some financial support. Lead on bringing together and distributing key documents such as welcome packs, Charter Framework documents etc.
- Support the coordinator (Programme and HUB) to onboard universities and Assessors to the HUB, and develop and grow the platform for members
- Update and oversee the Sector Improvement annual calendar of events and key activities/deliverables and share with the wider Student Minds team, identifying where dates may need to be moved
- Actively participate in the testing and embedding of new digital systems being led by the Digital
- Product Manager to increase efficiency and engagement for the Sector Improvement Programme and organisation as a whole for example collating product requirements
Financial support
- Work with the Programme Support Officer and finance colleagues to ensure correct processes and procedures are followed accurately and compliant with finance requirements
- Act as a secondary card holder for the team, making online purchases such as accommodation and travel bookings and following policies, procedures and guidance in the correct and responsible use of the Student Minds card
Data and process administration
- Administer data princesses for the University Mental Health Charter Programme and Award process, in line with Data Protection Guidelines
- Collate evaluation data from Sector Improvement events (online and in person)
- Create essential documents requested by the Sector Improvement Programme team, to support programme delivery and scalability
- Use our database(s) to manage relationships and communications with programme participants and key stakeholders, ensuring it is always up-to-date
- Support the Sector Improvement Team and Award Managers to enable efficient Award
- Assessment accreditation processes
- Maintain key working relationships with our network of Assessors and University Award Leads, addressing queries, scheduling and minuting award panels, sharing actions with the team
Working together
- Work closely with the Programme Support Officer to successfully deliver all aspects of the role, including managing the relationships with universities and logistical aspects (e.g. bookings, finances), ensuring tasks are picked between roles and when required
- Work closely with colleagues in the Student Space team and Training teams to embed cross- programme working within Student Minds.

Harington is an Ofsted registered specialist college based in North London rated good, working with around 52 young people with learning differences aged 16-25. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment, that delivers outstanding personalised education, learning, and support, which leads to further education, employment opportunities, and a fulfilling life for each of our students.
We specialise in horticulture, retail and general employability. Our students undertake individualised learning programmes and supported internships that lead to vocational qualifications and achieving other aims. Our charity has two learning centres in Highgate and Hornsey. The Role
This is an exciting time to join the Harington, as we have recently appointed a new Principal/CEO. We want to ensure that the Harington is able to fulfil and secure its mission to benefit our young people, both now and into the future.

Job purpose
The post holder will be responsible for providing holistic care and support to children and young people (CYP) who have life-limiting conditions and their families as a key member of the community team. This care is provided in the family’s own home, in the community, and support into the hospices and acute settings.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for families following acceptance to the service and the nurse is responsible for undertaking a holistic assessment of the child and family’s needs. The post holder will provide high quality palliative care to CYPs under the care of Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, using their skills and expertise in a diverse range of situations, autonomously and as a member of the community team. The post holder will have excellent communication skills, be a sound educator, and work proficiently.
They will work closely with the SSCH in house team, family support team and symptom management services to ensure a seamless and comprehensive service to CYP and their families.
SSCH care is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the post holder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of planned and emergency care, including on calls overnight and weekends in addition to contracted hours.
Key tasks and Responsibilities
• Providing professional clinical leadership in the provision of palliative care across care settings for CYP under the care of SSCH.
• To work in partnership with the SSCH care teams and wider MDT, demonstrating excellent communication skills to ensure high quality seamless care.
• To ensure that holistic care is family centred, research based, and meets with all statutory requirements and adheres to clinical governance initiatives and best practice.
• Provide support to CYPs and their families where required through community visits to hospital, home or hospice alongside relevant external professionals from statutory services.
• Maintain an awareness of the multi-cultural nature of the SSCH catchment area, adapting care culturally as required.
• To ensure all documentation is maintained in accordance with SSCH policies, guidelines and standards.

Using film and guided discussions, our workshop leaders support children and young people in honest conversations about relationships and leave them better equipped to spot the early warning signs of abuse and inspire them to enjoy healthy, fulfilling relationships. We explore the 10 signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and include practical lessons young people want to learn about (like consent) and practice scenarios in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Job Description
LMK is looking for passionate and organised educators (LMK Leaders) to run community workshops, aimed at young people aged between 11 and 24. Through engaging, relatable, workshops you will help young people identify signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, provide strategies for them to recognise the early warning signs of abuse and give them tools to keep themselves and their friends safe.
The minimum hours required per workshop is 3 hrs. This includes arriving 30 minutes before delivery, 1.5 to 2 hrs delivery and then remaining back 10 minutes and being accessible to young people who would like further information or a one-to-one conversation, surrounding the subject of relationships.
There is also 30 minutes admin, which is usually completed off-site, such as inputting student surveys and a Leader survey.
Responsibilities

Coin Street Family and Children’s Centre have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Early Years & Family Educator to join our Early Years team.
The purpose of the role is to deliver stimulating and engaging play sessions, building relationships with parents/carers, and monitoring the progress of children, carrying out 1-2-1 work with families experiencing a range of difficulties. Working in partnership with other services and professionals, we develop a whole family approach, referring parents/carers onto other activities and organisations that could play a useful role in their lives.
We are looking for people who have:
- ideally qualified to a level 3 in childcare or early years (at least level 2)
- experience of working with families and children aged 0-5 years
- appreciate the importance of parent partnership
- experience of providing activities to support children’s learning and development
- a can-do and enthusiastic attitude
- an understanding of how to safeguard and protect children
