Who are we looking for?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Support Worker to make a positive impact on the lives of service users by co-ordinating the provision of direct housing related support and housing management services. This will be achieved by working with area operation and central support teams and liaising with a range of external agencies and partners. You will report directly to Service Lead for your region.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a desire to coach and support their team and to lead by example in driving quality and accountability whilst delivering the contractual aims of the service.
You will have experience of working with stakeholders in the Criminal Justice System and be able to communicate effectively to partners and providers. This will include forming working relationships in the MoJ and with HMPPS, and also with external community agencies to better support the service.
You will have previous experience of supporting others and guiding them within a team as you will be required to support, coach and develop a staffing team and deputise for the Service Lead in their absence.
This role provides an excellent springboard into other criminal justice professions including experience of working with a range of criminal justice agencies. In addition, you will gain experience in liaising with local authority Housing Benefit departments and the DWP to resolve financial issues/queries.
This role requires regular travel and a Full Driving License with access to your vehicle are an essential criteria.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role, as well as registration on the DBS Update Service. These will be completed as part of the Pre-Employment Screening process.

The Role
Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the coordinator will work with the local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals and support stroke survivors and their carers. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Outreach Worker to become part of our new peer led service in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan for parents and carers of children (aged 0-18), experiencing poor emotional wellbeing or with mental health concerns.
The service aims to help parents and carers feel more supported, less excluded and more empowered to support the mental wellbeing of their child achieved through learning new coping strategies, which can help families have fewer crises, and be able to access other services when needed.

About the role:
You will lead and support a team of Homicide Family Caseworkers to meet VS and Homicide Service standards and contractual requirements. You will be able to demonstrate the excellent organisational skills essential to managing a demanding and diverse workload and will have experience of achieving key performance indicators, as set by the Operation managers and Deputy Head of Service.

We are looking to recruit a Prevention and Postvention Therapeutic Practitioner to enhance our existing team at our registered charity - Jacob Abraham Foundation.
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual with a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with mental health and working/supporting service users with suicide intervention and prevention. Experience in working with clients with suicide ideation, along with a therapeutic skillset or experience in therapeutic support / and or, practitioner level competence preferred. As a service, we primarily offer suicide intervention and bereavement support, both 1-1 and group sessions, along with community training. As a Therapeutic Practitioner, you will be providing a preventative, person centred intervention and safety planning support system to people accessing the service who may be experiencing suicide ideation, engaging in suicide behaviours and/or individuals bereaved through suicide.
The service we offer is 1-1 person centred and tailored to the individual based on level of intervention they need, sessions can be held where the clients feel comfortable ie, park / coffee shop /our wellbeing centre / online or telephony. Knowledge of safety planning is essential and signposting service familiarity would be beneficial.
Ability to multi-skill across prevention and postvention therapy is necessary. The role is best suited to an individual with counselling/therapeutic qualifications and/or a registered mental health nurse. Accreditation to recognised affiliated bodies is required.
Diaries and client lists are managed by the individual therefore a high level of professionalism, organisational and time management skills are required.

About the role:
This role is home working based with travel in the West Midlands area of England. As a Homicide Service Children and Young Person caseworker you will be:
