About the role
Coram’s Fundraising Team raises funds for the charity – the Individual Giving team has responsibility for supporter care, customer service and donor administration and managing our supporter database. Coram has been growing its investment in Individual Giving for a number of years, has a loyal and very generous supporter base and an ambition to see this grow and develop further by embracing new ideas. The team has an exciting future and this role will play a key part in its success.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Individual Giving team and support the development and growth of the programme. The role will involve developing engaging content to communicate the importance and impact of our work, inspiring existing and new supporters to commit to long term support of the charity. This will involve printed media but also increasingly digital media as we look to widen the reach of our communications and messaging. It will also require excellent supporter care/donor retention skills to ensure that we make sure we maintain our donors support over the long term and experience working with databases, ideally Raiser’s Edge. The role is a great next step for someone in fundraising wishing to develop their fundraising skills further in direct marketing.

About the role:
As the Fundraising Executive you will work to grow income through developing our community engagement, attracting, building and managing relationships with a range of supporters (individual donors and fundraisers, community groups, local businesses, volunteers etc). You will lead on the stewardship of events and challenges, including our annual Step Up campaign, by supporting individuals and groups to raise funds through fundraising activities. The post-holder will also support the recording of donations, send appropriate acknowledgements, review fundraising materials, and prepare fundraising content for social media, our website and our quarterly magazine, Tidings.

Tyndale House is a renowned institute for biblical studies and possesses one of the finest libraries for biblical research in the world. The Role:
Hospice UK has an exciting new fundraising strategy with a focus on digital fundraising and supporter journeys. We are looking to significantly increase our engagement with new and existing supporters across all areas of fundraising. The Digital Fundraising and Engagement Executive will be responsible for maximising income, supporter recruitment and retention through digital channels, for both individual giving and events.
Reporting into the Head of Events & Supporter Engagement and working very closely with the External Affairs team you will deliver a cohesive and impactful approach to digital fundraising and supporter journeys. The Digital Fundraising and Engagement Executive will lead on recruitment and stewardship for a number of third-party challenge events as well as supporting on the optimisation of integrated digital campaigns and donor journeys.

The Events and Supporter Engagement team forms part of the wider Income Generation and Grants Directorate. The team’s focus is on raising funds from individuals through challenge and special events, digital fundraising, giving in memory, legacy giving, regular and payroll giving and one off donations.
The team is made up of 5 people (including this role), who work closely together to help achieve our goals. The wider Income Generation and Grants team consists of 20 people in total. We meet regularly through team meetings and coming together in the office on a Tuesday, which helps to create a supportive working environment.

Our office is a short walk from King’s Cross station in London. For this role, we expect that you will come to the office (London) 1 or 2 days a week.One day will be on a Tuesday (a day where all of Income Generation come into the office). The other day is flexible depending on team meetings etc.You can work remotely for the rest of the time. Equally, you may prefer to work from the office full-time. We encourage all colleagues to visit member hospices to help inform our work and you may be able to work from there.
Travel to corporate partner events and in-person meetings will be expected, and so some weeks might require more than 1 or 2 days in the office.
Contract: Permanent. Full time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role:
The Senior Partnerships Executive will be responsible for leading on and significantly growing our corporate partnerships across our diverse portfolio, exploring and maximising opportunities to raise funds for, and awareness, of our vital work supporting and championing hospice care across the UK.
As an experienced Account Manager, you will be able to spot opportunities across all of Hospice UK’s work to maximise these partnerships, whether that’s adding strategic value to our fundraising with Aspire Pharma, diversifying our work with Co-op Bank, supporting our longest partnership with the National Garden Scheme, helping Dignity Funerals to grow our Dying Matters Community Grants programme, or helping to launch our new partnership with People’s Postcode Lottery. You will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate partnerships to the value of £1.2m.

We are looking for someone who is an expert in relationship management, has experience of managing high-value partnerships, can evidence partnership and client growth, understands how to engage employees, can write propositions and is experienced in project management. Our corporate partnerships are diverse, requiring bespoke management across the portfolio.
We are a growing team in Corporate Development, with ambitious plans to grow quickly, diversify our corporate income and develop new revenue streams and programmes. Having recently remodelled our New Business function, this is your chance to lead and go on to grow our Partnership Management team. We’d like you to be an ambitious and strategic-thinking individual with strong partnership management experience, and the ideas and appetite to diversify and grow our existing high profile relationships.

The Team:
There are currently eight members of the Corporate Development team, and 20 in total across our Income Generation and Grants Directorate. Our knowledge is rich and our experience is diverse; from third sector to private sector, from sales to events and from wellbeing to sustainability. The team are based all over the UK, including London, Bristol and Peterborough.

The Trussell Trust are seeking a Philanthropy Executive to join our high-performing Major Donor team. The Philanthropy Executive supports the work of the team with executive tasks and in managing the stewardship communications for a specific caseload tier of supporters. You will help to develop our plans for working with this tier, liaising with the Individual Giving team to manage the donor journey between mid-value and the major donor caseload. You will co-ordinate a tailored programme of stewardship communications and engagement helping to build and deepen long-term relationships and secure income.
Role responsibilities

Stewarding a tier of donors to bring them closer to our work, planning and coordinating a programme of one-to-many communications, asks and appeals as well as quarterly updates (to be used across the major donor caseload), thanking donors, and helping to build understanding of the impact of their support.

Managing the philanthropy team inbox and providing first point of contact for enquiries and colleagues, fielding them to the relevant team members.

Co-ordinating with the Individual Giving mid-value team to effectively manage supporter journeys. Liaising with the Supporter Care team to ensure that contact records are accurate and data protection compliant, and that gifts are coded and recorded correctly on our database.

Supporting the Major Donor team with executive tasks such as keeping accurate records, liaising with external suppliers, assisting with comms creation in liaison with the Marcomms teams; sourcing relevant content for donor updates; assisting with mailings and invitations to events; using Salesforce to identify and qualify prospects and performing basic desktop research; producing briefings; producing reports.
