Job description

The Resettlement Support Worker will provide a high quality and responsive service which creatively addresses the needs and risks of clients to enable them to avoid further offending and maintain employment. This will include clients from Clink Restaurant, Clink Kitchen and Clink Garden projects.

Our support workers provide continuity and cohesion to our graduates and meet with the prisoners in training around 3-6 months before they are released from prison. Ex-offenders are often let down at the ‘through the gate’ stage and some organisations will only work with clients for a limited time. However, we support our graduates for a minimum of 12 months but realistically, at any time they may need it post-release. Help includes assisting with employment or benefits, housing, job applications, reintegration and relocation as well as many other aspects.

Application Instructions

Please send CV and Cover Letter with all applications.
