As their Business Transformation Project Manager, a summary of your role involves:
This role will report to the Head of Business Transformation and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of priority projects within the Group.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time and budget, using agreed project governance, and meet the defined objectives. You will also act as coach to colleagues who are delivering projects and ensure your outputs contribute to the overall success of their transformational initiatives.
To be successful in this role you'll bring:
- Proven experience of project managing cross-functional large-scale projects in a regulated environment, preferably within the housing or real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using different project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and applying the governing principles.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationships, including strong influencing skills with ability to gain buy-in from challenging stakeholders.
- Proven experience of implementing change management, including having delivered training, driven adoption and closed out projects.
Location
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to their office in Bradford.
They’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home, as long as they meet their customer’s needs.
They’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £50,000 for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

This role will report to the Head of Business Transformation and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to identify business needs, map and assess processes, and recommend improvements to support transformation projects as well as drive better ways of working.
You will conduct thorough analysis, gather and document requirements, and support the design and implementation of project solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in shaping their priority transformation projects.
To be successful in this role you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a regulated industry, preferably within the housing or real estate.
- Excellent knowledge of business analysis disciplines, including the ability to map technical processes across systems and process user journeys for all parts of a cross-functional business.
- Proven experience mapping process to a deep level (Level 5, value-stream) as-is and then making recommendations for improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- High level of proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, particularly in Visio and other MS Office suite tools, especially Excel. Power BI is an advantage.

The Role:
The Partner Engagement Lead is responsible for key account management, and specifically developing and supporting relationships with programme sponsors and partners within the WorldGBC network.
The Partner Engagement Lead will work closely alongside the programme/projects team subject leads, taking responsibility for day to day management of activities that relate to sponsors or stakeholders, including partner relationships, external collaborations and fundraising.
Working cross-functionally within a matrix-style organisation, the Lead will work collaboratively on the engagement pillar of WorldGBC's fundraising team alongside the Partnerships Manager and the Strategic Partnerships Lead. This team coordinates closely with all WorldGBC departments, in particular where sponsors are involved with initial focus on the programme/project partners.
Well-organised and a great communicator, this individual will ensure that key relationships are managed effectively across the organisation, and be detail oriented in their reporting and accounting of opportunities. The Lead should also be willing to represent the organisation in relevant external opportunities relating to the programmes as need arises - including fundraising meetings, external working groups, events or conferences.
The Partner Engagement Lead will report to the Director of Programmes Strategy.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Account Management: Be primary point of contact for new and existing programmatic sponsors and partners, overseeing engagement with the network and accounting with detailed reporting to ensure up-to-date partnership records. Work alongside the programmatic team leads to deliver all agreed benefits to partners, ensuring a uniform balance of benefits and opportunities across sponsors engaging in all areas of the organisation.
2. Fundraising and Budget Management: Work alongside the programme leads to secure funding and manage relevant programme/project budgets (with guidance from the Director of Programmes Strategy), including supporting grant application and reporting responsibilities where necessary.
3. Stakeholder Engagement (members and partners): Engage with stakeholders to ensure that our programmes/projects align with their goals and needs, working with the Director of Programmes Strategy and wider programme team to explore best practice engagement tactics throughout 2024.
4. Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current with the latest trends in sustainable buildings and WorldGBC programme outputs, ensuring the Lead can communicate knowledgeably about WorldGBC strategy and work areas as required.
5. Communications: Support communication for WorldGBC on topics related to sustainable buildings in relevant programmatic areas, representing the team at internal or external events or industry working groups and collaborating with Marketing & Communications on accurate messaging for publications and campaigns.
6. Supporting Programmes team: Be a committed member of the WorldGBC team and offer support, training and expertise to wider members of the team. Participate and engage in wider WorldGBC campaigns, events and deliverables, such as COP, World Green Building Week and Leadership Summit.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of the UK-wide Volunteering Team, where you will play a critical role to lead on delivering strategic priority projects.
As the Volunteering Strategic Project Manager you will line manage the England Volunteering Development Officers, lead on the strategic oversight for volunteering across England, and work collaboratively across the team to ensure volunteering is impact-led, embeds equity, diversity, and inclusion, and meets the needs of the organisation as well as the local community.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Grants and Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the Grants Programme of ProVeg International and leading the activities and staff within the ProVeg International Grants team. You will ensure the global grantmaking of ProVeg International aligns with its mission and goals, while also engaging with key players in the global plant-based movement, and raising funds for the Grants programme and other movement-building activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grants Programme :

Team-lead for ProVeg Grants team, including direct line management of Grants Programme Manager.

Oversee quarterly grantmaking process, including reviewing and evaluating proposals, and providing recommendations aligned with ProVeg International’s grantmaking criteria.

Ensure that all grantmaking is aligned and approved by all decision makers, including CEO, funder network, and Board Members.

Oversee the team to ensure that all grants admin is fulfilled, including due diligence, and payment processing aligned with US regulations; accurately tracked grant records; queries are responded to timely, etc.

Oversee and optimise grantmaking process infrastructure, and regularly implement improvements as needed.

Oversee and optimise further capacity building initiatives developed for global grantee network
Stakeholder Engagement:

Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, donors, and other sources aligned with ProVeg's mission.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop engagement strategies for stakeholders including donors, grantees, and supporters.

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential donors, foundations, and funding organisations to cultivate support for ProVeg's programmes and initiatives.

Represent ProVeg at meetings, conferences, and events to promote our mission and establish strategic partnerships.

Develop and oversee strategies to engage with individuals and organisations through digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and virtual events.
Strategic Development:

Continue to develop the Strategy of ProVeg Grants Programme in alignment with ProVeg International’s global strategy and the wider plant-based advocacy/food system transformation movement.

Ensure alignment, communication and collaboration across ProVeg International’s wider network and global initiatives.
Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and evaluate grant programme’s performance against established goals and objectives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Prepare timely and accurate reports for funders, highlighting project achievements, impact, and financial accountability.

Monitor Grants Programme budgets, expenditures, and timelines to ensure effective utilisation of funds and compliance with funder requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in grantmaking and donor relations in the nonprofit sector is a must.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as nonprofit management, international development, communications, or related field). Master's degree preferred.

Highly organised and able to translate complex ideas into tangible and actionable tasks.

Proven track record of successfully securing grants from diverse funding sources.

Strong communication skills, including exceptional writing and editing abilities.

UKCF are the membership organisation for 47 UK community foundations; the only national network of charitable funders with a physical presence in every part of the UK and the UK’s 4th largest funder.
We are currently using a shared legacy system built with Salesforce Classic though will be implementing and supporting 38 individual Salesforce instances from June 2024 for each Community Foundation. Each individual instance will be based on a network agreed Salesforce design, with the ability for foundations to bespoke their system to fit their individual needs if required.
This role of Systems Administrator reports into the Network Digital Transformation Lead and will initially cover our existing legacy system and be an integral part of the implementation, data migration and ongoing development and support of the new system and structure.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated individual to contribute to the establishment and ongoing operation of a new PMO. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation the role will contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and processes within the Group.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is £40,000 for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

About the role:
The Procurement and Logistics Advisor provides strategic and operational logistics support to multiple country programmes across allocated portfolios, while acting as enabler for MAG’s Procurement and Logistics function transformation initiative.
This position facilitates logistics change management, supporting adoption of MAG logistics and procurement SOPs and systems at country programmes level, while providing hands-on support to country programmes counterparts in managing any contingent needs.
