What does the role involve?
· Managing the relationship with our website development agency. Making recommendations for areas of improvement and further development.

· Support and develop the implementation of an SEO strategy for our website content to ensure that our audiences can find our content.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Ability to interpret complex requirements and user needs and make recommendations of implementable solutions.
· Knowledge of the fundamental of Agile and Scrum
· Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio)
· Analytical skills with the ability to effectively capture, process and interpret information and make actionable, evidence-based recommendations.

Age UK is currently recruiting for a motivated Salesforce Training & Adoption Manager to lead on the training and strategy of our Salesforce solution. In this role, you'll be working directly with our extensive Partner Network, supporting them to gain the most value out of the solution.
As Salesforce Training & Adoption Manager, you'll have a pro-active, strategic, and concise approach, with exceptional stakeholder management skills. My client is a leading UK charity, supporting and empowering people fleeing from conflict and persecution to make new lives in the UK. Providing a range of critical services, they provide urgent practical support as well as looking to inspire a long term change in attitudes.
At present they are looking to appoint an interim Head of Transformation to oversee an organisational wide change programme providing clear oversight and ensuring accountability across all working groups.
Key responsibilities & objectives:
- Lead, drive and manage the organisation’s change programme, providing clear leadership and communication within the business.
- Manage all strategically identified transformation projects from inception through to closure, supporting across the lifecycle of project delivery.
- Responsible for providing portfolio management across all transformation change projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.
- Challenge the status quo and provide specialist hands-on guidance and support to the Executive team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of leading a significant change programme, ideally within a Not-for-Profit environment. Experience of working at a senior level and understanding financial and HR implications of projects are also key.
This role has been assessed as outside of IR35 and open to both remote and office-based candidates (London). My client is also open to candidates looking on both a part time and full-time basis.
Location: Hybrid working part London Office (Islington, London) part home work (the post holder will work a minimum of 1 day per week in the office) or flexible location home working.

You will help co-ordinate tasks and resources and track project progress, contribute to user acceptance testing and content audits and updates. You will also be a confident advocate for UX best practice and building brand awareness.
An experienced digital professional, you may have worked for a charity or digital agency before in a similar role. You will be motivated by delivering high quality digital products and will be familiar with a range of digital channels and platforms. The Programme Manager role is responsible for developing strategies within our healthcare funding areas and looking after a large, diverse and varied portfolio of grants. The post holder will work closely with Great Ormond Street Hospital and its academic partner the Institute of Child Health in UCL, to support funding and management of grants, giving an opportunity to expand and develop your research management skills to that in clinical, NHS setting, whilst seeing the real-life impact the funding makes for our beneficiaries.
About the Team
This exciting role sits within the Impact and Charitable Programmes Department. The Department is responsible for ensuring charitable funding supports the highest quality projects within our funding priority areas of: research; patient and family experience; technology and medical equipment; hospital staff support; education; and environment (through supporting redevelopment projects and capital builds). The department is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating funded projects to ensure greatest impact, and providing support to fundraising teams with information on the projects the charity funds.
About You
You will have extensive healthcare, scientific and /or research management experience and be confident operating independently to develop and take projects forward. You will also develop excellent working relationships with senior external and internal stakeholders at the hospital, UCL Institute of Child Health and across the Charity.
Specifically, you will have:
- An advanced research degree (PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- Research grants management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish good working relationships

How you will make a difference
As Business Development and Engagement Manager within the Workplace Mental Health & Training team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, partnerships, and engagement from corporate and community settings for both Mental Health UK and Rethink Mental Illness. You will work to secure funding from a wide range of sources, including commercial activity, public sector contracts and grant funding, to allow our work to continue and grow.
Working in our National Programmes team, you will ensure that we evaluate, plan for and respond effectively to bids and tenders, lead on the development of proposals, and support service delivery teams in implementing successful tenders/proposals. You will manage a Senior Business Development Officer who supports our work in positioning the organisation to respond to new bids and tenders and, where required, support the implementation of new services.
