About the Role
An experienced Relationship Builder, you’ll represent the Charity with our national partners and licensees, ensuring we build strong and lasting relationships. You will work collaboratively across Help for Heroes, building relationships to take a holistic approach to relationship management, maximising all opportunities. You will develop and fulfil robust stewardship plans, identifying opportunities for growth, stewarding partners to increased and continued support of our work. You will also take a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, developing creative propositions and bringing in additional income.
About the Team
A key member of the Corporate Partnerships team, which is a part of the High Value Partnership team, Commercial Directorate. Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and maximise opportunities to raise funds from companies, trusts, foundations, and other funding bodies.

Since 2013, Arts Emergency has been providing 16-25 year olds in London, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and beyond with a trained mentor working in their field of interest. We have fantastic opportunity available for a Community Fundraiser to join our rewarding and growing team! This is an exciting home-based role which would suit someone looking to build and develop their fundraising experience or broaden their sector experience in a major national charity.
This role will have a strong focus on working with acquiring new support from our corporate and group/association partnerships in Bath & Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be able to deliver first class account management, as well as driving new business income (from prospecting through to pitch development and delivery).
You will join our Regional Engagement team to help deliver the regional budget. Success in your role will enable our colleagues to campaign for change, fund research to find a cure and support people living with dementia today.

About you
- Experience in working within a Fundraising sector, particularly corporate acquisition/pipelining or community fundraising would be advantageous.

Who we are looking for:
A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.
Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required.
This role will also deliver general administration and data processing as required.
