As the Major Gifts Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining fundraising relationships, working closely with the Director of Development, Chief Executive and Senior Management Team. You will be an integral member of the Development Team and work across other teams, particularly the Communications and Policy Teams to maximise fundraising and engagement opportunities and to deliver a first-class giving experience to every major individual donor.
The JUSTICE team currently work in a hybrid manner. Staff members have access to office space in London, however, attendance is currently optional. The Fundraising & Communications team at Stella Maris comprises about 12 staff members (some full time; some part time). MAIN PURPOSE

As the Trusts Officer, you will act as the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of trusts and foundations, primarily up to £50,000. You will support the Head of Fundraising with larger multi-year bids and applications and proactively identify funding opportunities and to further build a robust trusts pipeline.
They are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering income from Trusts and Foundations. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skill along with demonstrable experience of producing high quality funding reports for Trusts and Foundations.
