Job description

Youth On The Rise

We train peers to deliver digital, life-skills, menstrual support and career programmes that mobilize communities.​

Programme Design and Development Lead

  • Design and develop new Youth On The Rise initiatives and programmes
  • Conduct research on youth needs, emerging trends, and best practices
  • Create programme concepts, implementation plans, and participant journeys
  • Develop training outlines, mentorship structures, workshops, and learning materials
  • Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure programme success
  • Work with the Operations and Strategy Lead to ensure programmes are realistic and scalable
  • Support pilot projects and recommend improvements based on feedback
  • Document programme models and processes for future growth

Minimum Hours per Week:

4-6 hours per week
