- Recruit new staff – developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Prepare staff contracts and handbooks
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems, particularly HR administration, recruitment & selection, inductions, learning & development and volunteer administration; and HR best practises.
- Any relevant HR qualifications
- Available to volunteer at least 7 hours a week
