Job description


  • Recruit new staff – developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Prepare staff contracts and handbooks


  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems, particularly HR administration, recruitment & selection, inductions, learning & development and volunteer administration; and HR best practises.
  • Any relevant HR qualifications
  • Available to volunteer at least 7 hours a week
