Responsibilities:

  • Assess the organization’s operational and strategic goals
  • Research and develop well-informed strategic plans
  • Research market trends and future changes that might affect this strategy
  • Align processes, resources-planning, and department goals with overall strategy

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of strategic management theories, frameworks, and best practises
  • Any relevant qualifications and experience
  • Available to volunteer at least 7 hours a week
