We're seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a marketing specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing, with a little PR, strategies to promote Numberfit's brand, products, and mission. Responsibilities:

Database Coordinator role spec: We are looking to recruit a well-organised and practical Database Coordinator who can manage our Salesforce database. You must have sufficient knowledge of Salesforce, this is not a training opportunity and we will be relying on your expertise to manage the workload. 

Key tasks include:  

• Maintain our existing Salesforce database; cleansing and uploading data, managing integrations, overseeing dashboards, creating reports as needed, managing apps 

• Streamlining processes for efficiency 

• Advise on best practice use of Salesforce tools to maximise potential  

• Create user guides/training to support effective ongoing use of database 

• Ensure GDPR compliance with data storage  

Key Objectives Include: 

• Well maintained and GDPR compliant Salesforce database  

• Efficient and accurate reporting in place and accessible to the team 

• Creation of ‘how to’ guides for ongoing usage  

The role is flexible and may be altered to suit both the needs of the organisation and the skills of the candidate. You will be responsible for planning of your work and may involve working with a team of volunteers. An induction will be provided, with continual guidance from a member of the team.

You will have the opportunity to measure your progress through regular check-ins with both your supervisor. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience and enhance your CV and we would be happy to provide a reference.  Currently, this opportunity is remote/home based.

Harrow Food Bank is part of the Trussell Trust - a network of over 1300 food bank centres in the UK. Between April 2022 and March 2023, food banks provided almost 3 million food supplies to people in crisis. 

Harrow Food Bank requires two Trustees to support the Chair and current members who can support the existing Trustees:

Administrator / Secretary: to lead on all the administrative duties of the food bank and Trustee Board, ensure all meetings are conducted within the legal requirements and a record of all meetings maintained. Key roles & responsibilities:

1. Arrange and communicate dates for all Trustee Meetings, circulating papers in advance

2. Follow up on the agreed actions from meetings and keep an accurate ‘action log’

Treasurer: to lead on the financial affairs of the foodbank and to ensure that they are conducted within the required legal accounting and good practice conventions. Key roles & responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the Food Bank has proper systems for budgeting, financial controls, insurance and reporting

2. Produce and present regular finance reports for the Trustees Board Meetings

3. Maintain accurate financial records as report in a timely manner to all relevant bodies

COMMUNITY MANAGER

• Help us build a strong community of open-minded parents worldwide; engage with users, potential partners, and stakeholders across various platforms; build and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations aligned with Moi Panda's values and goals; organize online/offline events for interested parties and current users; and collect feedback from current and potential users about the product and service.
• Volunteer 4-6 hours per week for 3-5 months

This fun and varied volunteer position requires great organisational skills, a passion for fundraising and animal welfare, creating input and multitasking As well as general computer skills and telephone skills.

You will be working closely with one of our volunteers, who produces the majority of our larger fundraising events as well as liaising with the wider team. The events will include musical concerts, theatre shows and community based fundraising events that will be run both online and in person. The locations of these events will be in all parts of the UK. You will be required to issue press releases, contact local radio and TV stations as well as help to organise and source prizes for the auction and Raffles. A basic knowledge of event planning and producing an event would be useful but this can be learnt within the role. Expect there to be periods leading up to the events where things are very busy but these will only be approximately 4 to 6 times a year. We currently require support with events in June, September and December. Moore may be added.

The role will require you to be present at the actual event you have helped to plan, being hands-on with everything from tickets on the door, helping to organise the raffle and looking after performers and special guests.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor the sports news and social media looking for opportunities for Fair Game to join the conversation 

• Work with communications, other members of the social team and designers to produce high quality, engaging content for a range of audiences

• Contribute to social strategy, shaping our approach and bringing best practice to our social media initiatives

• Responding to online conversations in an efficient and engaging manner

• Work closely with the social media team to ensure that Fair Game is engaging and reacting to women’s football stories breaking online.

• To attend weekly 30 min meetings with the Heads of the Communications team.

You will give talks in person or virtually, sharing your own story to improve understanding of sight loss to local service providers and community groups. You’ll be making a real difference to people living with sight loss by helping to improve accessibility and inclusivity, creating a world without barriers. STAMP Revisited is a small but ambitious charity, which provides advocacy and emotional support to those experiencing mental health difficulties. We support them to access vital services they need that they would not be able to access independently.  We have already supported thousands of the most disadvantaged people to have their voice heard and respected.

We are currently recruiting a new Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. As a Trustee of STAMP Revisited, you will play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction of the charity and ensuring good governance.  You will contribute to ensuring that the charity fulfils its mission, operates effectively, and remains accountable to those experiencing mental health issues.

In addition to the general duties as Trustee, as Treasurer you will play a pivotal role in securing the financial integrity and sustainability of our charity. You will ensure that effective and appropriate financial measures are put in place and report to the Board at regular intervals about the financial health of the organisation.

We are, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), which has provided advocacy services for the people of Teesside for almost 30 years, and we are currently looking for new Trustees to join our Board.

Our advocates provide advocacy to adults who are experiencing mental health difficulties that impact on their ability to make their voice heard and are unable to independently navigate personal issues such as aspects of their health, finances, or housing needs.

Trustees are essential to the success of a charity, and the Board is the charity’s governing body. Trustees are responsible for ensuring the charity meets its objectives and are responsible for its general administration and control of the charity.

The Gold Standards Framework (GSF) charity are seeking new Trustees to join our Board to support the important work of enabling generalist frontline teams improve care for people nearing the end of life. We are seeking in particular, new Trustees who have business development, finance, charity or fundraising expertise or experience, who might be interested in this area, as well as others interested in social care, education or palliative or end of life care.

The Gold Standards Framework (GSF) Centre recently celebrated 25 years of work improving end of life care given by generalist frontline teams. GSF is the leading provider of training in end of life care for generalist front line staff across health and social care. We have trained and accredited thousands of teams, influenced national policy and practice and GSF has improved the care for many millions of people and their families.

Much has been achieved but there is still more to do ... We have a bold and exciting vision to ensure that everyone experiences Gold Standard end of life care. We want to see a big increase in the number of people that are trained, and we want to influence policy to make Gold Standard end of life care a requirement. We have recently become a CIO charity and as we enter a new chapter of our story, we are seeking new trustees to help us to achieve our vision and contribute to our strategic purpose. 

Could you help us achieve these goals? We are a small team and value the contribution of our trustees, partners, associates and professional reference groups. Trustees will typically attend 4-6 online board meetings a year, along with other communications and support between meetings, plus occasional strategy away days.
