Make a difference today!
Our member, Meagan, is 91 years old and lives alone in the Prestatyn area. She grew up in nearby Holywell where she lived on a farm and has three children. Since having had operations on her hip, she is no longer able to get out and about and cannot attend the Friendship Group that she used to go to once a month. Meagan used to love to play the organ up to three times a day but is now unable to do so but she still loves a read and a good chat. One of her daughters visits and does her shopping on a Monday and Friday but Meagan is looking for a friendly volunteer to visit her at home for some company and a chat now she doesn’t get out so much now.
Meagan is ideally looking for someone to visit her on a Wednesday but is open to other days. If you have a couple of hours to spare a week, you could make all the difference to her life.
