Are you a young person interested in changing Bolton services?
The Endeavour Project need your help! We want young women who are willing to share their views and experiences of using local services, to help influence and change practice.
Endeavour are looking for 8-10 young women aged between 16-25 years,
who have an interest in helping to develop ways in which we, as a charity,
can improve the way we support victims of abuse. The young people will act
as an advocate for others and work alongside the young person’s
development worker to develop this exciting new project.
Not only will you be supporting the development of Endeavour, but will also have your chance to discuss your experiences and views of other local services.
Endeavour, formally known as Paws for Kids, is a small charity based in
Bolton that works with victims of abuse and their pets. Endeavour have a
number of projects running, which includes the Pets, IDVA, Safe Haven, The
Haven and the Young Persons Services.
We believe it is important that young people are at the centre of our service
progressions, and this is why we need them to be a part of our development
and growth. The aim of those involved in the project is to provide opinions
and feedback, and to be apart of consultations that in turn will be recognised
to support change and development within the service.
Many initiatives, development opportunities and reasons to get involved.
