About the role 

You will be providing support with HUK’s social media presence as part of a hardworking and dedicated team raising awareness of the issues faced by people with hoarding behaviours who may face a variety of situations.  

The role consists of:- 

• Volunteering a minimum of four hours each week 

• Regularly updating social media with HUK’s announcements 

• Creating content to engage with the hoarding and mental health community 

• Complying with HUK's case-management procedures, training program and other relevant policies and procedures. 

We are looking for:- 

• A self-starter who can come to us with ideas 

• Knowledge and experience of engaging on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn  

• Ability to think creatively  

• Good communication skills and ability to interact sensitively and professionally online 

• Office working (Islington) or remote 

• A commitment to values and ethos of HUK 

Training on hoarding behaviour, advocacy and other relevant areas will be provided. OUR NEXT TRAINING COURSE IS ON JULY 19TH FOR A FULL DAY (VIRTUALLY) SO WE ASK YOU TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS.
