English combo GLD for online and at-center Global Leadership Directors (GLD)Training

Have you dreamt of starting your own International Non- profit or Directing at an NGO? Through our Global Leadership Program Receive ONLINE or AT- CENTER hands-on experience. To learn the diverse facets of starting or Directing in a large organization. You have two options: 

(1) Learn in ONLINE interactive teams from the comfort of your own HOME. Learn to organize and lead Volunteers from around the world on a wide variety of teams, similar to our At Center GLD but working online. Online GLD require 5-10 hours weekly minimum.

 (2) AT CENTER VOLUNTEERS

Come LIVE at one of our Centers in Indonesia, Kenya, Thailand. (Limited options in USA and France) At Center GLD are full time and include a small stipend, plus room and board. 

GLD training teaches you these skills including:

• Volunteer recruitment

• Volunteer and team management

• International law as applies

• Volunteer satisfaction

• Assessing community and individual needs for populations feeling voiceless and challenged

• Creating the teams and action units needed to address these problems and organizing action and follow up commitments

IHF gives you an opportunity to learn some or all of these skills, working with volunteers from around the world and the children and population we serve. As with the violin, practice is needed not just books.

IHF is a unique organization providing a safe place to practice these skills until expert while helping others. We offer an online global certificate as well as an at center GLD certificate.

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is an International Non- profit, founded and active since 2001. Our two-fold mission is to
