Can you help us by leading on the administrative duties of REMIX. We need a super organised, attention to detail wizz with experience in admin for a few hours per week.
We're launching a brand new youth charity in London and need your help to create an amazing inspiring and empowering youth charity thats passionate about creating opportunities for young people in London building essential skills, confidence and resilience to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

Volunteer Role:
We need your help as a volunteer to offer support to us as our Administrator who can support our Founder and CEO with the charity's administrative duties at REMIX, including setting up our admin systems and processes. You will play a very vital and pivotal role at REMIX.
Key Responsibilities:
- To create a framework for the charity’s administration. Establish policies and procedures that align with the charity's objectives.
- To ensure the efficient running of all activities, including quality assurance, health and safety, strategy, governance, financial management, and human resources management.
- To act as the first point of contact for external organisations, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. Maintain compliance with regulations and present a positive image of the charity.
- To input and maintain financial records and charity databases.
- To process gift-aid claims and maintain accurate contribution records for donors.
- To maintain an accurate compliance schedule to aid account audits. Ensure timely returns and filings to relevant statutory bodies (e.g. HMRC and the Charity Commission).
- To oversee all legal documents related to the charity, including equipment acquisitions, maintenance, insurance policies, and claims reporting.
- To co-ordinate day-to-day office-related activities.
- To organise and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- To book meetings and events and provide logistics for them.
- To manage public inquiries and correspondence.
- Other administrative duties required to support REMIX.

Our moderators are there to support the young people who play on the Minecraft Funtime Games server. This may mean helping them with things like clearing large pieces of land to build on, making TP points, copy and move builds however not take over any players build unless they have asked for specific help. A moderator should encourage players to create their own builds, you may offer suggestions and ideas to help them become more confident and learn new things.
You will help sort out minor conflicts between players and remind players of the rules of our server and why we have them. Help organise, create and manage events. Align with our values: Respect, Trust, Dependability, Creativity and Empathy

Minecraft Funtime Games Rules for Moderators: 1. Do not give out illegal blocks or weapons to players.
a. This includes any blocks not available in the creative inventory. E.g. Light blocks, hacked items from other clients.
b. *Exceptions are barrier blocks, structure voids and NPC spawn eggs if they are for specific builds.
2. Do not change or remove other players builds unless they break rules. Do not allow players to either.
3. Do not change players to have ‘operator’ status when in game.
4. Do promote creativity with fun games/challenges.
5. Do take part in events and games.
6. Do contact an owner when you need a second opinion.
7. Do take screenshots of all problems/Griefing and send to an owner or post in the Discord ‘Griefing’ channel
8. Keep up to date on ‘Player Rules’ and also follow them.

About the role
The Digital Innovations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of value for Teenage Helpline through research of emerging technologies, development of proof of concepts and the delivery of new solutions through technology identified. The role involves communication with other Teenage Helpline team leads; managing team workload; creating an opportunities-based technology plan for the charity; researching technology opportunities; overseeing communication and awareness of technology; liaising with departments to develop use cases and developing solutions.
You’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experiences, streamline processes, introduce new workflows and ultimately drive charity growth.

- Collaborate with IT Project Managers to ensure digital innovations projects are assigned, worked on and project requirements are understood.
- Exploring new opportunities with low/no code products such as those in the Microsoft portfolio, making the most of opportunities to provide more value for the charity.
- Forecasting work through research and creation of development plans.
- Promote best practices such as adhering to the project's software development lifecycle requirements.
- Planning initiatives and tracking associated timelines.
- Management of Digital Innovations Team, ensuring work is allocated, managed and tracked effectively.
