Job description

Hello! We are Make a Difference Entertainment (MADE) and we are looking for enthusiastic film editors to work with us on our online channel Rainbow Films aimed at challenging LGBTQ+ phobias and racism experienced by QTPOC.

The content, created by a team of local LGBTQ+ BAME & PoC volunteers involved in our Rainbow Films project, is funded by the People's Health Trust and raised by Health Equality through the Health Lottery. No extensive experience is needed but having an existing online network and showing a real interest in social media and our cause content is crucial. 

What will you be doing?

  • Editing existing film footage for different platforms
  • Quality controlling content to ensure its consistent in style, quality and tone

What do you need?

  • Photo and video editing skills
  • Photographing & Filming skills
  • Have an interested in social media and our cause content is crucial.

What else do you need to know?

  • LIVE WITHIN REASONABLE TRAVELLING DISTANCE TO WEST LONDON FILM STUDIOS
  • Be available at least one day per week
  • Must have the ability to respond to feedback and meeting deadlines, and work in the same formats that we've created.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

 

PLEASE NOTE: This is an unpaid position
