MSi is looking for a motivated, passionate and thoughtful researcher to explore the impact of welfare and wellbeing initiatives amongst NHS workers, through our partner charity The Healthcare Workers’ foundation. Initial projects include data collection and analysis of welfare and wellbeing resources and a clinical trial of art therapy for NHS workers. We are looking for a talented researcher with the ability to translate data into real-life clinical initiatives, with a longer term plan to build a Social Trials Unit and formulate formal testing of welfare interventions for healthcare workers, assessing economic benefit.
