In this role, you will be a member of a volunteer IT team that supports NGA's IT needs through:

• Identifying and sourcing software solutions
• Training
• Software integration
• Troubleshooting

NGA is currently an entirely volunteer organisation. We use a variety of free software solutions to manage all the many processes in the organisation.

You need to be comfortable with a wide range of software applications and with Windows. You should be a good team player and self-starter. Experience with the following will be valuable: - Project management software - CRMs - Integration of applications - General IT issues - Application training - Troubleshooting
