You will also work closely with the Founder and CEO, to ensure that our graphic materials are consistent with our brand identity and values.
As a graphic designer, you will:
Amend our logo slightly to fit our current needs, create a Z-fold card, A4/A3 posters, A5 brochures, digital newsletters, social media posts, motion graphics and other graphic materials that will showcase our services and programmes, which include:

As the Unlock YOUR Potential Volunteer Manager, you will:
- Create an amazing Volunteering Programme, including its set up and running.
- Create an organisational culture that is one of fun, positive energy, enthusiasm, bubbly confidence and team spirit and bonding. As well as a culture of learning, tea, work and development.
- Recruit, train, support and supervise volunteers, and provide them with training and development opportunities to unlock THEIR potential.
- Set up volunteering programme related systems, processes, as well as policies and procedures, including preparing us to become an invested in volunteering quality mark in the near future.
- Using online tools, platforms and systems as well as face to face intervention.
- Manage performance and feedback, and ensure that volunteers are motivated, engaged, and productive.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, such as health and safety, equality and diversity, data protection, etc.
- Resolve conflicts and grievances, and foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, etc.
- Other duties relevent to the Volunteer Manager role or in supporting the charity or the general team.

We are looking for a group of trained Clinical Psychologists who have been practising for over 3 years to lead supervision sessions with our volunteer Mentors. We hold these bi-weekly in groups of 3-4 over lunchtime or evenings online.
What will you be doing?
Clinical supervision is an important part of what we do, to protect and benefit our volunteer Mentors. We are looking for 2 clinical supervisors to volunteer 1-2 hours a month. The role includes:
- To safeguard the wellbeing of the Mentors and ensure that their needs are being addressed.
- To ensure the quality of Mentor support work with Mentees

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Quilombo UK is looking for a volunteer personal assistant to join their national volunteering team working from home. This role offers a great opportunity for the right person looking to gain experience as a personal assistant, developing their office-based and management experience, or simply to ‘give back to their community’. The role provides you flexibility, with specific training provided where necessary to help you develop and grow your skill-set.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing organisation of meetings and appointment
- Organising events and conferences
- Managing databases
- Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with staff
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the team
REQUIRED SKILLS
Essential:
- You will need to have good written skills
- Well organised, pro-active and able to deliver tasks efficiently
- Good time management
- To show professionalism at all levels and in all environments
- Strong team player
- Ability to work independently and ask for clarification when needed
- Able to volunteer at least 12 hours a week (2 days, 6 hours each day)
- Access to own laptop
Desirable:
- Committed to working with the community with a passion for helping others less fortunate
- Proficiency in Microsoft and excel

- Must be UK based and hold UK right to work
The volunteering program with Quilombo UK is UNPAID and requires a minimum of 16 weeks of commitment. We are looking for someone who can offer 12 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
If your application is successful, our HR team contact you to book an interview. If the interview is successful, we will start the onboarding process by sending you the onboarding documents. As soon as we have the onboarding and identification documents back and they are verified, we will invite you for the HR and System Induction which will last for 6 hours. After the Induction, you will be booked for your First Day with your Head of Department.
