Job description

Please note this is a voluntary position - we can offer you great CV experience, the chance to be part of a diverse and happy team, the chance to build your confidence, work experience or language skills and the opportunity to make a real difference to Oxfam in your free time, but it is unpaid. Learn new skills, improve your CV and meet new friends, whilst also helping those suffering from poverty in the UK and abroad.

We are looking for volunteer cashiers for our lovely store in Tooting Broadway!

Weekend or weekday shifts are available, we're flexible!

You will be trained on any or all of the following:

Receiving donations, sorting, valuing & pricing donated stock

Displaying and replenishing donated stock in line with shop standards

Pricing, displaying & ordering our New Product range such as Fairtrade foods, Gifts and cards Visual merchandising & window dressing Providing Customer service & operating the till Promoting our Gift Aid scheme and much more ...

No experience required as full training provided, but we require that you are dedicated, reliable, willing to learn & we'd love it if you can commit to a minimum of one shift per week (4 hours).
