PIOT Foundation is a start-up and non-profit organisation seeks for Finance Officer to contribute to the sound management by providing specialist skills in accounts, payroll and financial reporting. S/he reports to the Management Committee, and works closely with the Center Manager. Job Description:

Computerised bookkeeping and accounts
Payment of suppliers
Draft Accounts, Preparation for audit, liaise with auditors
Prepare budgets and forecasts
Grant applications and financial information for the Funders
Fundraising

Person Specification:

While a financial qualification is not a formal requirement, the Finance Officer will need to have a good understanding of financial accounting including knowledge of book-keeping, the ability to produce final accounts, and having knowledge of admin.
