About Shannon Trust
Shannon Trust teaches prisoners to read through the award-winning Shannon Trust Reading Plan which enables prisoners who can read to teach those who struggle to read. We recognise that prisoners who struggle to read are unable to take up employment or education and training opportunities thus making it highly likely that they will re-offend after release.
