Our organization invites you to participate and develop your abilities in a project aimed at providing support and assistance to the population, children and women who come from migrant families from areas within the Peruvian Andes, and that have been affected by political violence, social, economic And cultural marginalization and extreme poverty (Ayacucho, Huancavelica, central rainforest etc.) areas declared in extreme poverty in Peru.
The project is being developed in the Mantaro Valley, in the Peruvian Andes, in areas where there is a lack of basic services and hygiene. The focus is on dysfunctional Quechua migrants that suffer from social, economic and health problems.
It is very important to note that the wonderful Andean Andean language and culture is gradually disappearing as a result of the real marginalization of the Peruvian society and state to our real culture that is still surviving valiantly in the Andean populations inherited from the empire that founded Machupichu and Inca empire .
*** For us it is very important to revalue the beautiful traditions, Quechua language, stories, legends and social life forms that are based on the love of mother earth, "pacha mama", ecology and Andean cosmovision based on reciprocity and Mutual aid between the people who formed the old Andean-Inca society
We intervene directly in these areas and communities, using a holistic approach and undertaking social work work by house and in the premises that we rent in the same field of work, we prefer this form of work instead of going to schools, since these have Its own specialists paid for by the state, we prefer a direct and intercultural experience in places where we are most needed and appreciated.
We are a civil organization that promotes an alternative form of non-commercial volunteering, operating with a flat structure and working directly with communities to promote their self-development. Our projects are undertaken in the same communities and populations, with our own hands and resources, without intermediaries. In addition, we offer a real and fun method of cultural exchange as:
