Time for a Brew

Join our team and help us support unpaid carers in Stockport by volunteering at Time for a Brew. These monthly meetings are a chance for current and former carers to meet, chat and have a drink and/or meal in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Your role will be to provide a supportive environment and talk to carers in a friendly, understanding way. Good listening skills are a must and you will work with Signpost staff to monitor attendance and help carers who need support beyond the group.

Our social events are a chance for us to provide timely and tailored help to attendees. This role is vital to our work, enabling us to reach and help more carers across the borough. As you settle into your role you will be able to work with us to help shape how we serve the community.
