Attend regular meetings with Company Secretary, Head Legal Advice and Director to make sure all features of SPSAS are running smoothly and point out suggestions on how to improve our SPSAS services.
All legal matters need to be dealt with together with our Head Legal Advice who is recruiting his own team of Student who our Head Legal Advice will supervise. All issues with Legal Students will be discussed with Head Legal Advice first.
Ensure all volunteers have access to all free training offered through SPSAS and promote all volunteers to access these.
Regularly check in with volunteers to ask them if are happy within their role and if SPSAS can do something to improve this. Moving up within SPSAS is always an option when we notice someone has exceptional skills that are not used within their current role.
Attend regular online meetings with Director, Company Secretary and all Heads of Teams.
