JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
1. To provide quick responses to the clients who reach out to us. Either through phone, email or our chat facility.
Main Duties and Tasks:
1. To triage the calls, emails and chats
2. To Lead and Provide first class support services to those affected by LGBT+ issues and challenges.

Identify, analyse and develop understanding of the needs of LGBT+ people, plan and deliver programmes related to areas such as health, fitness, smoking, drugs, relationships and bullying

Support individuals to find the various safe settings

Undertake administrative tasks, verifying information and responding to queries

Skills:

Knowledge:

Knowledge of issues facing LGBT people

Relevant knowledge of administration practices
Experience:

Working towards a Social Worker qualification or have aspirations to work in this field.
This role is for 1 day a week or more if you have the availability. This role will be part of the support required to help with capacity for the caseworker team with incoming requests. Full training is given with an expectation to of finished the training before starting in the role.
